The universe is an inverted sphere. Its energy comes from everything and goes to everything, in an infinite cycle. All instances of reality -- matter, thoughts, situations, people; all of everything in every perspective -- are connected to each other through this ubiquitous energy. To fully experience reality, we must realize the universal connection; Though it always flows through us, it must be realized to be experienced. Reality is the truth of whatever is being observed. Truth permeates everything.

Truth is not seen when judgment filters observation. When judging, we observe something, but confine it to certain parameters, thus seeing only a portion of what is being observed. If we look at something as positive or negative, we'll see only what we perceive to be positive or negative. By judging something as positive, we judge something else as negative, and vise versa. Ultimately, things are just things. When judgment is not in the way, the entire truth can be seen for what it is. By judging, the filtered information is taken in and returned to the thing of observation through the cycle of energy. As the judgment is allowed to cycle through reality, it is mistaken for the truth. To see the actual truth, the information comes in unfiltered and is returned, thus allowing only the truth with no attachments to cycle through and continue to be seen.

Another word for truth is beauty. Seeing something as beautiful should not be confused as being the opposite of seeing something as ugly, like positive versus negative. Beauty is the natural state of all things. When we see something as ugly, we are actually just not seeing its beauty. To fully see truth, whatever is being observed must be fully regarded as beautiful. We often associate this observance or appreciation of beauty as love. By loving something, no judgment is placed in the way and the entire truth is allowed to be seen as it cycles.
